Forty Degrees management team includes a Building Surveyor, Site Manager and Construction Manager. Each project is assigned a dedicated management team relevant to the size of the project, who will supervise and direct operations to make sure it is completed safely, on time and within budget.

Our project management services would include:

- Meeting with architects, surveyors, planners and buyers before building work starts.

- Planning work schedules for the job.

- Preparing the site, installing temporary offices and taking delivery of materials

- Managing the site workforce

- Monitoring progress, costs and checking quality

- Ensuring work meets legal requirements and Building Regulations, NHBRC & MBA requirements

- Reporting and meeting on a regular basis with the client.
